What materials do you use?

We work with PVC, HPL, 304 stainless steel and specialty glass. All materials meet European quality and safety standards. The combination is chosen for the specific panel — where it will sit, what it will be exposed to and how you want it to look.

What is the production lead time?

Standard orders are completed in 7-10 working days. Custom projects take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity — that time includes the technical preparation which makes the panel fit your frame exactly.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. For business partners we deliver directly to site. For end customers we offer a complete solution including installation through partner companies — so the panel reaches your entrance fitted, not merely delivered.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Decorative and flat panels carry a 5-year warranty; stainless steel panels 10 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is part of the responsibility we take for every panel that leaves our workshop.

Can I order non-standard sizes?

Yes — and this is our everyday work, not an exception. We manufacture to custom sizes according to your project. Send a drawing or the dimensions via the contact form: one of our design engineers reviews them and you receive a concrete solution.

What colours do you offer?

Our standard colours are White, Oak, Golden Oak, Anthracite, Wenge, Walnut and Black. Other shades are available on request — if you have a specific colour in mind, tell us and we will check how to achieve it.

Yes. We serve clients in Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, North Macedonia, Turkey and other European countries. Communication, paperwork and delivery are handled by the same team that manufactures the panels.
