Panels are made in Sopot and reach you one of three ways: on our own transport, by courier, or collected from the workshop. Standard production takes 7–10 working days, and when capacity allows an order can be with you on the third day after confirmation.
Which option fits depends on the quantity and on how soon you need the panels. We settle it together with the offer.
At a quantity we agree with you, we deliver with our own van to any city in Bulgaria — to your warehouse, site or joinery workshop. Panels travel upright, separated and braced, exactly as they left production.
Single panels and smaller orders go by courier to an office or an address. Every panel is wrapped in protective film and cardboard with reinforced edges, and glazing travels separately secured.
If you are nearby or passing through the Sub-Balkan valley, you can collect the order straight from our workshop at 49A Hristo Botev St., Sopot. Call the day before and we have it packed and loaded.
The clock starts when the offer and sizes are confirmed. Standard is 7–10 working days for thermoformed, milled and stainless panels. When the line is free, panels are with the client on day three.
If the deadline is critical — a site with a fixed date for fitting the frames, say — tell us with the enquiry. We schedule production so the panels are there before the fitter is.
Sopot sits in the middle of the country, in the Sub-Balkan valley between Karlovo and Plovdiv, and from there our own transport reaches every province. This is how panels usually travel:
About 140 km along the Sub-Balkan road via Klisura and Pirdop, or on the motorway via Plovdiv. Our most frequent route — door panels for Sofia leave regularly, usually grouped for several joinery firms at once. We also serve Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Vratsa and Montana.
Plovdiv is about 60 km away, Karlovo 5, Kazanlak 50. Door panels for Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Pazardzhik, Haskovo, Kardzhali and Smolyan are often with the client the day they leave production.
About 330 km to Varna over the Shipka pass and Veliko Tarnovo, or on the motorway via Burgas. Door panels for Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Targovishte, Razgrad and Silistra go on a planned run, usually weekly or once a quantity is gathered.
About 230 km to Burgas via Stara Zagora and the Trakia motorway. Door panels for Burgas and the southern Black Sea coast travel together with Sliven and Yambol.
Over the Shipka or Troyan pass: Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo are about 120–140 km, Pleven and Lovech about 150, Ruse about 230. We also deliver to Svishtov, Sevlievo and Troyan.

Yes, to every city in Bulgaria. At an agreed quantity — on our own transport to a given address; for single panels — by courier (Econt, Speedy, Pigeon Express) to an office or address. We also ship abroad — Romania, Greece, North Macedonia, Türkiye and other European countries.
Every panel is in protective film and cardboard with reinforced edges and corners. On our own transport panels travel upright and separated; glazing and stainless appliqués are additionally secured. For courier shipments we recommend inspecting on receipt and noting any damage in the courier's presence.
Yes. Our workshop is at 49A Hristo Botev St., Sopot, on the Sub-Balkan road between Karlovo and Klisura. Call the day before and the order will be waiting packed; we help with loading too.
Yes — we offer a <a href="/vrata-s-dograma-i-panel">door with frame and panel</a>, ready to build in. Delivery is then on our own transport, because the leaf travels in its frame.
