You have a sketch, a photo from a magazine, or simply a clear picture of how your entrance should look? That is all we need. Our design engineers turn the concept into a technical project: they select the material, work out where the glazing and the milling runs go, and adapt the construction to the actual door frame and the climate it will face. You bring the vision — we take care of everything that stands between it and the finished panel.
The design is yours, the execution is ours. We fabricate, assemble and bond systems built to someone else's project — for architects, window fitters and manufacturers who need a partner with a real production floor, not just another supplier. We work with thermoforming, CNC milling, stainless-steel and glass-unit bonding; and if the project has a weak point, we will point it out and propose a fix before it becomes an expensive one.
An arch, a circle, a bevelled corner, stained glass from an old door you want to keep as a memory — non-standard glass is exactly the job where most suppliers shrug. We don't. We have the experience to judge what is technically feasible, the partners to cut and process it, and the production to build it into a panel that looks as if it had been designed around it from the start. We can also fit your own glass unit, as long as it meets our size and thickness requirements.
Wondering who could even take on something like this? The most common answer our customers have heard elsewhere is "that can't be done". Our experience says otherwise: it almost always can — the question is who knows how. We take the project from the first conversation to the finished product: feasibility review, technical design, a prototype where needed, production and quality control. Special glass, a different helima inside and out, a panel with a different colour on each face, a design you saw once and cannot forget: for us these are not exceptions, they are normal orders. The difference between "impossible" and "done" is almost never the machines — it is the person judging how to approach the job. That is why every non-standard inquiry here goes to an engineer first, not to a price list. They look at what you want, work out how it can be executed properly, and only then do we talk price and timing. If you have read this far with an idea in your head — don't simplify it in advance to make it "easier to produce". Describe it exactly as you want it. Finding the way to make it is our job.
