Care and maintenance of decorative panels

How to clean PVC, HPL, stainless steel and glass so your panels keep looking new: simple rules, a seasonal check, and what the warranty covers.

Caring for your panels

A few simple rules and one clean a month — that is all it takes for the panels to look the way they did on installation day.

How to clean the panels

PVC and HPL panels

A soft cloth, lukewarm water and neutral soap — that is all. Do not use abrasive sponges, aggressive solvents (acetone, petrol) or sharp objects: they damage the facing beyond repair.

  • Regular cleaning: once a month
  • Deep cleaning: twice a year
  • Stains: straight away, before they set in

Stainless steel panels

Use a dedicated stainless-steel cleaner and ALWAYS work in the direction of the grain (usually horizontal) — that keeps the surface even. Avoid chlorine products: they leave stains that cannot be undone.

Glass

Window cleaner and a microfibre cloth. On matte glass, do not rub too hard — it can leave circular marks.

Seasonal check

Twice a year, give a few minutes to:

  • Seals and silicone — any cracking
  • Locks and hinges — lubricate with technical vaseline
  • Screws and fasteners — tighten if needed

That check costs less than any repair that follows from skipping it.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use or cleaning
  • Mechanical impact
  • Natural UV wear (after 10+ years)

Which is exactly why the rules above are worth following — they are all that stands between the panel and a long, trouble-free life.
