Every panel is built on an XPS core, which can be substituted with a wooden base. Inox panels can also be made with HPL.

An engineer checks whether the construction is buildable: thicknesses, the position and size of the apertures, how the stainless and the glazing are fixed, and compatibility with the frame profile.
The answer is one of three: yes — we make it as drawn; yes, with changes — we tell you exactly which details need to change and why; no — we explain which part of the construction does not hold up.
Once the drawing is technically approved we issue a quote for that specific panel. Production starts after your confirmation.
DXF, DWG, CDR and PDF. A photo of a hand sketch is fine too, as long as the dimensions are clearly marked and there is no ambiguity about which measurement refers to what.
The outer dimensions of the panel, the position and size of every glazed opening and appliqué, and the colour and glass type you want. If the panel goes into a specific frame profile, name it as well.
That the construction holds up as a manufactured item, not only as a drawing: whether enough material remains around the apertures, whether the glass and stainless can be fixed securely, and whether the panel will hold over time. An engineer judges that for each specific drawing.
